We used Davy when we had our new kitchen installed. Would highly recommend ; reliable and very knowledgeable. So glad he encouraged me on the black sockets and spotlights as they look amazing. I would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use him again if I ever needed any further electrical work doing.

I met Davey through a builder friend of mine who rated him after seeing how he worked on previous building projects. The first time me and my wife met Davey was at our home which was a run down dilapidated, neglected house in Long Eaton we had just purchased in November 2025. He had a friendly and warm magnetic personality and talked us through what was required to completely re-wire our kitchen and utility room with power sockets and lighting, a fire detector, ceiling mounted infra red heating panel and cables for all the electrical kitchen appliances, wire up a newly installed boiler, wire up the new sealed central heating system with motorised valves, with manual overrides and safety features. He also installed new plug sockets and lighting switches in our dining area, snug as well as our hall stairs and landing. Davey also installed a new consumer unit, outside lighting and security features. It was clear from the outset that he knew exactly what he was doing and took the time to explain what was required and why. Davey is highly professional, with a great eye for detail and his work is second to none. He always uses the very best materials to complete his work. I’ve never met anyone who is more determined to do a job to such an excellent standard. Everything he has done is absolutely perfect. He goes above and beyond to do that bit extra for the perfect results that other electricians wouldn’t even consider. The perfection goes all the way down to the smallest detail. Even down to spacing, the direction of insignia on installed electricals, symmetry, and design. His attention to detail is meticulous and constant in all he does. He is punctual, friendly, very approachable with an enthusiasm that is only matched by his professionalism , personality and knowledge. The work he has done for us is nothing less than excellent at a very reasonable cost to the very highest of standards. I would highly recommend Davey to everyone I know including family. Our house needed a full rewire, and Davy came to the rescue! When you get someone in to work on your house and you can just tell they're treating it like they would their own home, there's not a lot else you could wish for really. The communication he kept with us and with the other people working on the house was brilliant - they were like a well oiled machine. It's a dirty old job but we really appreciated the care spent cleaning up after themselves as well as making sure key features of the house (coving and wooden flooring) were retained. The finish on the electrics looks great, everything works perfectly, and I would heartily recommend Davy to anyone who needs electrical work doing.
